Alessandro He is an italian chef certified by the A.O.C.R.I. as a chef that “respects and values the history of pizza” on the book Pizza World Talents. He has cooked pizzas all around the world, including Roma, New York, Qatar, Madrid, Kyoto and Tokyo, as well as Manchester.
